MTHS Maroon Platoon

Maroon Platoon is basically a pep squad! 

 

Simply put we go to various sporting events we cheer, act crazy, and have a ton of fun!  It's for everyone, you'd be suprised to find out that most of us on platoon are actually shy and quiet during the day.  It's a great way to make friends from a little bit of everywhere in the school!

 

One common question we get a asked a lot is "Are there tryouts?"

To be on squad; Nope! You can join anytime you'd like, although for most benefit, it's best to join during the start of the school year.

 

However, if you wish to be a flag runner, (The people in the white uniforms)

Yes, you do need to tryout!  More information on this can be obtained from Mrs. Houge in room 2031 (In the english hallway!)

 

Maroon Platoon does have a cost of 25$, this cost gets you a really cool t-shirt, and we get in free to all the games we go to!
